		<description>Believe it our not, the balancing act does happen. I&#039;ve been upgraded twice for that reason. No complaints on my behalf. Undue layovers because the plain is overbooked is good cause to ask for an upgrade. Especially for a really long flight.
Complaining &amp; asking for an upgrade........never a good idea.Don&#039;t recommend it. Not only will that make you look bad, it will make your fellow passengers uncomfortable &amp; in reality, hospitality folks know you will just find something else to complain about.</description>
